- Flight Coordination:
- Coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures with the operations team.
- Assist with scheduling and managing reservations for hangar space and other facilities.
- Communicate with pilots regarding weather conditions, flight plans, and air traffic.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and financial transactions.
- Process payments and manage billing for services rendered.
- Logistical Support:
- Arrange ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and catering services for crew and passengers.
- Coordinate fueling, maintenance, and other technical services for aircraft.
- Manage inventory and order supplies needed for operations.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all activities comply with airport regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor security procedures and report any suspicious activities.
- Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols.
- Facility Management:
