Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations and long-term strategy of a private luxury amenity club in the heart of Bostons most iconic building in the Back Bay neighborhood. At the 200 Club, members can relax, network, and socialize in refined comfort, focusing on gathering, productivity and wellness. This leadership role oversees a sophisticated catering operation and a dynamic conference services team, requiring a best-in-class hospitality professional with proven experience managing high-end establishments, high end clientele, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong ability to balance operational efficiency, financial performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership :

• Manage and coordinate the seamless operation of the lounge, catering services, and conference team, ensuring a frictionless guest experience across all areas.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency while delivering exceptional service quality.
• Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency in service, food and beverage offerings, and overall operations.
