Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Beverage/Hospitality Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by delivering a variety of beverages and snacks throughout the property. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled and that customers feel valued and attended to.
Responsibilities
- Serve a selection of beverages and snacks from the beverage cart to guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking to management.
Experience
- Knowledge of Golf etiquette and proceedures.
- Previous Beverage/Hospitality Cart experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
- A background in the food industry is beneficial but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service.
