What You Will Do
- Manage MOC action plans including entering information into Enablon and updating the team’s visual management board. Assisting key stakeholders to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met accordingly.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of all project-related documents. This includes project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project action items, timelines, and deadlines. Ensure that project activities are on track and highlight risks as necessary.
- Oversee engineering document and metadata entry, retrieval, and management. This includes maintaining document management databases (ACC).
- Ensure all project activities comply with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize records management software and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in maintaining records. Stay informed about technological advancements that can enhance records management practices.
- Assist in training new team members on project management tools and processes.
- Minimum of 1 year working in a document management system
- Experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BlueBeam
