What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift and 3rd Shift Positions position at Flint & Walling?
Rate of pay is $21.69 per hour. At 6 months, rate is $22.06. Our 3rd shift team members receive a $1.00 extra per hour for shift differential. Pay is bi-weekly.
No mandatory weekend overtime (OT) currently. We are on overtime during the week, which is subject to change with business demands (we will not work more than a 10-hour shift).
- Current 1st shift hours with OT are 6am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. 1st shift does not work on Sunday. Regular schedule without OT is 6am-2:30pm.
- Current 3rd shift hours with OT are 7:30pm-6am Sun evening - Friday morning. 3rd shift does not work on Saturday evening. Regular schedule without OT is 9pm-6am.
