Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination
- Respond to maintenance requests and manage ticketing system
- Provide basic troubleshooting to address issues promptly
- Schedule and oversee vendor visits for maintenance and repairs
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure high-quality service
- Order parts and supplies as needed
- Collect and track invoices for completed work and coordinate with accounts for timely payment
Resident Relations & Admin Support
- Respond to resident emails and phone calls professionally and promptly
- Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with vendor contacts for repairs, maintenance, and related needs
- Maintain effective communication with the property management team via Slack
- Perform basic departmental administrative tasks as needed
On-Site Property Tasks
- Visit properties within the DC area for tasks and assistance as necessary
- Conduct on-site duties such as picking up/dropping off items, meeting with vendors, assisting residents
- Conduct property inspections as needed
- Complete basic work orders such as changing fridge filters, air filters, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, access issues, etc.

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 30 USD per hour(Washington, DC)
