floLIVE is revolutionizing the global Internet of Things (IoT) Connectivity market. We provide a Connectivity Management Service for Enterprises, Cloud providers, IoT service providers, and Mobile Operators, allowing them to connect their devices anywhere in the world and manage a single account on our cloud solution platform.
We are looking for an experienced Technical project manager to join our Americas team. You will be responsible for leading big projects for customers, from the scoping and pre-sale phase through delivery until User Acceptance Approval and transition to our global support.
What will you do?
- Lead projects and new Customer Requests (Features) from requirement understanding through translating to solution up till implementing the solution on site.
- Manage the technical and operational implementations of new services according to Project SOW, HLD and LLD.
- Build and work according to Projects Gant.
- Manage solutions installation, configuration, and troubleshooting at customers sites.
- Manage all aspects of preparations of Proof of Concept (POC).
- Working closely with customers and partners to ensure system delivery on time.
- Working closely with R&D, QA, and Solution architect.
- Act as a customer-trusted adviser while holding close relationships with customers.
- Manage emergencies in real-time along with company customers.
- Provide training and demonstrations of Flolive solution.
- Dealing with commercials demands and finance aspects.
- Ability to manage and deal with contracts and legal documentation.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager/Customer Success Manager – Mandatory
- Knowledge in BSS/Telecom/Core Network – Big Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software Engineer/system information Engineer
- Knowledge in the following protocols: HTTP, SS7, Diameter, Camel - Big Advantage.
- Knowledge in networking aspects: FWs, IPs routing – Big advantage
- Knowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, Linux, Jira, microservices - Advantage.
- Knowledge in open-source solutions- Linux, Kafka– Advantage
- Communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- AWS EKS service architecture and Edge services - a plus
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
