Job Responsibilities:
- This is a great position for a finance manager looking to move into a more desk manager or floor manager role. Also, a great position for a used car manager or floor manager.
- Main responsibility for this position is to move service customers from their current vehicle into a new vehicle. We have over 70 service appointments a day. We need an aggressive manager to lead a team in converting these opportunities into sales.
- Help your team build relationships with service customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle for upgrade from the service department.
- Position works out of the service area
- Desk service to sales deals
- Assist with submitting deals to finance
- Train and hire employees
- Help develop and reach objectives and activities for team
- Meet or exceed closing requirements
- Meet or exceed CSI
- Follow direction or job duties as directed by senior management
- Follow company core values
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
