- Provides technical support to customers and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitors system performance and ensures that all systems and processes are running efficiently
- Installs and configures hardware, software, and networks
- Performs system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches
- Creates and maintains user accounts and access levels
- Monitors network security and ensures compliance with policies and regulations
- Generates reports, analyzes data, and documents processes
- Provides administrative support to staff as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
