Real Estate Title Company looking to hire an Agent Concierge to be the liaison between the Title Company and the Real Estate Agent in helping to manage the transaction from contract to close.
This is the in-house Title Company for a busy Real Estate Company and the ability to work well with others, provide a high level of customer service, have attention to detail, and great communication skills are a must. Previous experience in Real Estate and/or Tile preferred. Experience with Qualia and appfiles is a plus.
Job duties include:
*Ensure all contracts and necessary documents are received.
*Create closing timeline.
*Keep track of deadlines to ensure contractual compliance is being met.
*Communicate updates to all parties.
*Record closing documents.
*Performing general clerical tasks.
*Provide fee quotes and follow up for new business.
