Maintenance Supervisor - Full-time

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Director oversees the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, systems, and grounds, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. This role leads a team to provide routine and emergency maintenance, manages facility improvement projects, and ensures a safe, functional environment for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing training and performance oversight.
• Facility Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety codes and healthcare regulations, including life safety and infection control.
• Budget Management: Manage the department’s budget, resources, and vendor contracts.
• Project Management: Lead facility improvement and capital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to coordinate maintenance without disrupting operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma required; degree in engineering or facilities management preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.:
