THE ROLE :
FloSports is currently looking for a full-time Client Success Lead to join our Sports Management Software team to manage our partnerships across our Track and Field software. This role will be focused on our MileSplit Registration and MileSplit Live products as well as DirectAthletics software including TFRRS, MeetPro and Online Registration. Our Sports Management Software team is dedicated to furthering our vision of becoming the essential destination for our sports through providing market leading software in our sports. They provide event operators the ability to seamlessly run their event with fully integrated solutions including registration and online entry fee collection, event management, live results and season management. The Client Success Lead is our day-to-day lead for our Track & Field Software partners ensuring success for our largest partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure success for our track and field software partnerships including but not limited to timers, state associations, and coaches’ associations.
Execute all post season advancement for our track and field and cross-country state partnerships.
Serve as day-to-day contact and assist partners as needed with tasks such as meet creation, season / roster management, registration and troubleshooting
Coordinate and ensure prompt payment of all rights fee payments
Guide and direct the work of others, ensuring successful completion of tasks.
Provide technical and / or subject matter expertise.
Oversee customer product documentation and knowledge base for our track and field software.
Coordinate with the Customer Support Team to address escalated issues.
May mentor or coach junior team members but does not necessarily manage them.
Involved in execution and ensuring the team meets project deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
High level knowledge of Track & Field and Cross Country
You love problem solving, creating efficiencies and improving processes
Self-starter with excellent planning, time management and organization skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and in possession of a strong work ethic.
Ability to quickly navigate and search the internet
Capable of managing a heavy workload and adaptable to change
Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
Bonus Points :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1-2 years relevant experience in account management and / or a position with direct client / partner communication
