Job Summary:
As a Client Service Associate at Flourish In, you will be a key player in engaging with the public, supporting outreach campaigns, and driving fundraising efforts for nonprofits. This dynamic, hands-on role will involve managing event operations, educating the public about critical causes, and inspiring action in support of community-based efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & Educate: Serve as an ambassador for nonprofit organizations, sharing their mission, fostering public support, and building genuine connections with event attendees.
- Fundraising Support: Actively assist in meeting fundraising targets, ensuring the success of fundraising initiatives.
- Customer Interaction: Be the primary point of contact for event attendees, providing answers, guidance, and valuable information about the cause.
- Encourage Participation: Motivate attendees to engage, participate in fundraising efforts, and take action in support of nonprofit organizations.
- Track & Report: Accurately process donations, track participation, and gather feedback to improve future events and campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless event planning and execution, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Training & Mentorship: Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and offer mentorship to new team members when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about community service and nonprofit causes.
- Experience: Prior customer service, sales, or event coordination experience is helpful, but not necessary.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage event logistics effectively.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for nonprofit work and a strong desire to give back to the community.
