What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple assembler positions for our production team.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. For this role, you will be working on an assembly line putting together client orders. This job does require you to stand for extended periods of time. You will also be required to meet daily production deadline requirements.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Working on an assembly line packaging and assembling customer orders
- Performing final inspections on your work to ensure there are no mistakes
- Reading written instructions to complete a wide variety of projects
- Increasing your accuracy and speed as your experience grows
- Working with your team to complete tasks
- Gather raw materials off of shelves to be used in production
- Assisting in other areas of the facility if it is required
- Following instructions from your manager and team leader
- Using hand tools to assemble products
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an assembler position is preferred but it is not required
- The willingness to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to stand for the entire work day
- Clear communication skills
- No formal education is required
- Reliable transportation to work
