Your responsibilities
- Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives
- Researches customer technical specifications and estimates the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution
- Provides input to post-sale product configuration and designing custom solutions in accordance with customer specifications
- Diagnoses malfunctions of devices/equipment/systems and directing/overseeing repair work performed by Engineering Technicians
- Conducts technical user training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representative
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.
What you bring
- 8 or more years of experience in performance analytics.
- Mechanical engineer, industrial engineer and other related fields.
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus.
- Advanced English is required.
