ROLE SUMMARY
The internship role is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical learning opportunities. The intern will work closely with the Analytical Laboratory to contribute to ongoing projects, gain insight into Cannabis Industry Laboratory Testing, and develop skills that align with their academic and career goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in Sample Preparation, Formulation, and In-House Analytical Testing.
- Conduct research and analysis on Cannabinoid Testing and Cannabinoid Isolation.
- Collaborate with team members on everyday laboratory tasks.
- Support Analytical Laboratory with Data Entry, Inventory Audits, Formulations, Testing, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must actively be enrolled to pursue a bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
