Job Responsibilities
- Receive inbound repair calls from new and existing customers and process orders accordingly
- Ensure all parts for the orders are available and staged for jobs before dispatching
- Schedule and dispatch all maintenance and repair orders
- Process pending review orders
- Process any rental orders, and dispatch accordingly
- Clearly communicate with the technicians their jobs for the day and any specifics regarding them
- Clearly communicate with customers when a technician will be on site to complete the work
- Monitor and process all Technician Requests that relate to your department
- Process all Unused Materials from the technicians, and return to the inventory shelves. Update reports accordingly
- Replenish technicians' van stock via stock transfer according to the Inventory Replenish Report, or as requested by the technician.
- Stage service orders for the service technicians and mark ‘Staged’ in Salesforce
- Reconcile staging shelf with orders in Salesforce on a monthly basis. This is to check whether an order is still active or not. Where orders may no longer be active, restock items accordingly
- Receive inbound shipments
- Process outbound shipments
- Receive inbound stock transfers
- Process outbound stock transfers
- Receive all inbound inventory and stock shelves accordingly
- Open the building each morning, and close it up at the end of the day
- Monitor office and shop supplies (i.e, cleaners, rags, towels, uniforms, paper, printers, etc.) and replenish as necessary
- Work with technicians when other tasks are needed (i.e, organizing shop space, scrap runs, etc.)
- Facilitate performance reviews with technicians
- Tag any used equipment that comes in, and work with headquarters to process it
- Manage the technician Emergency Service Roster
Working Hours
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
