Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR-related issues and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee training development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including Workers Compensation, HIPAA, Medicare, and other regulations.
  • Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct data analysis to assess HR metrics and improve processes.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers related to HR functions.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, manage and implement employee write ups and terminations.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management, minimum 10 years
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to Workers Compensation, HIPAA, and Medicare.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems within ADP is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in training development programs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred; SHRM Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Office 365 and ADP, required. Netsuite a plus.

  • Demonstrate ability to appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to promote efficiencies through the creation of effective HR policies and processes.
  • Ability to work across functions in self-directed manner.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
