Role & Responsibilities
Effectively delivers on expectations ensuring a great experience for our guests.
A minimum of two years of restaurant experience is preferred. Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy. Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines

Role & Responsibilities
Effectively delivers on expectations ensuring a great experience for our guests.
- Point of contact between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) to coordinate to go orders and Guests in dining area
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to Guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Clearing and setting tables properly and with an excellent standard
- Removing used dishes and utensils in the appropriate place
- Restocking BOH stations with the appropriate supplies
- Responsible for all opening/closing and cleaning procedures
- Be comfortable carrying big trays of food or drinks
- Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed
- Answer Guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- Ensuring clean facilities at our room service stations, bread stations, and floors
