Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company calendar, scheduling meetings, tracking paperwork deadlines, and ensuring timely permit submissions.
- Prepare service agreements and client questionnaires based on prepared flight plans.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and job inquiries, coordinating meetings between our team and producers, directors, and DPs.
- Generate quotes and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with our drone crew members based around the schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
- Experience in the TV, film, or drone industry is a plus but not required.
