Utilising their patented rotor technology and unique blend of design experience, innovation, and understanding of their customers’ requirements they’re focused on developing a portfolio of new UAV aircraft and technology for the DoD and US government to conduct critical intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and ISR&T missions.
To achieve this, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Capture Manager – UAV/UAS to drive strategic captures for our Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) business segment. This results-oriented position focuses on achieving key objectives of generating new business and developing innovative revenue streams. The role is essential for leading all aspects of campaign capture, from identifying opportunities and developing pipelines to executing marketing and strategic capture efforts:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with military stakeholders, identify and pursue opportunities, and deliver compelling technical briefings with a focus on revenue generation.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns to secure new contracts, including:
- Conducting market assessments and competitive analysis
- Mapping customer needs and decision-making processes
- Crafting product offerings and differentiators
- Performing investment and business case analysis
- Conducting PGO/PWIN analysis and developing actionable plans
- Create and refine technical white papers, pricing strategies, and competitive proposals aimed at winning contracts and driving new revenue.
- Work closely with the Sr. Vice President of the UAS business segment to support aggressive growth targets. Develop and cultivate relationships and partnerships across industry and academia to advance UAS business and drive new revenue streams.
- Primarily focus on military markets while exploring and pursuing opportunities with commercial customers and applications to broaden the revenue base.
- Drive marketing initiatives, including trade shows, advertising, and social media, to promote AVX software solutions to military customers and enhance visibility in the market.
