Quality Inspector

Job Overview
Understands and interprets design sheets, reads drawings, inspects heaters per final inspection sheet, design sheet, and MSS. Tests resistance, dielectric strength, and megaohms. Uses rulers, calipers, micrometers, and plug gauges. Checks

visual appearance, as well as performs other inspections or tests as required.

Plans, organizes and performs audits and verifies adherence to policy, procedures and good management practices.

Analyzes audit findings, reports areas being done especially well, and requests corrective action when appropriate.

Trains final inspection and completion of records including special tests and first article inspections for production lines.

Trains new inspectors and associates on the use of measuring devices, quality procedures and techniques.

SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use precision measuring instruments to perform quality checks
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
- Perform quality audits to verify compliance with regulations and standards
- Document and report inspection results
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
- Implement and maintain quality systems and procedures

Requirements
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with HACCP, CGMP, and other quality management systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
