Bonus Structure for monthly bonuses:
Here at Folawns Medical Spa and Salon we wanted to create a team based bonus structure. Each month our Beauty Consultants have a goal of selling $39,000 in retail sales. If we as a team hit more than that goal we each get rewarded. Once we hit $40,000 in retail sales each Beauty Consultant will receive a free service. Once we hit $45,000 in retail sales each Beauty Consultant will receive a free service, and a free product. Once we hit $50,000 in retail sales each Beauty Consultant will receive a free service, a free product, and an extra paid day on their next check (equivalent to an extra 6.5 hours).
*The only way you would not receive your bonus is if you individually do not hit your minimum required reward member sign-ups for the month.
- Employee purchases can be taken out of check
- 45% discount on all products
- 25% discount on all services
After 90 days:
- $100 monthly credit to spend towards services (full-time employees)
- Ability to order at “backbar” prices. (Products at cost)
Every 6 Months:
- $0.25 Raise.
*Depending on performance
After 1 year:
- 1 week vacation. 3 paid sick days
After 3 years:
- 2 week vacation, 3 paid sick days
*All benefits for full-time (30 hours or more a week) employees.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum of 1-year sales and customer service experience required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers on the services and products that we offer.
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is a must.
- Must be sales and customer service oriented.
- Various duties as assigned by Spa Management.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff.
- Punctual, Responsible, Dependable, no absenteeism.
- Possess effective communication and organizational skills
- Can easily operate several Point of Sales systems and computer programs.
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, Setting appointments, greeting members and guests upon arrival
- Selling memberships and products.
- Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
- Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
- Other duties as assigned.
