This position is an exempt full-time position located in McHenry, IL. The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus potential. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 remote days (Wednesday & Friday). We will consider remote for the right candidate. Position Overview:
This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing modifications to our existing salesforce.com environment, which includes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as integrations to adjacent enterprise applications and third party applications. The Salesforce Administrator will work to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on our over 200 users across all customer facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, functionality, Implementation
- Work with the project team to coordinate continued phased development,
- project scope and limitations.
- Determine best practices for new and existing processes based on system functionality.
- Create and maintain architecture of current system (users, roles, permissions,
- privileges, page layouts, pick list values, assignment rules, etc.).
- Utilize and demonstrate your proficiency and advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com
- concepts, architecture, and configuration capabilities and make recommendations based your expertise
- Develop and test new functionality based on changing business processes
- Manage multiple Salesforce instances (Production and Sandboxes)
- Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project and that they are in line with business initiatives.

Serve as support for user issues brought forward by other team members, troubleshoot and respond to the issue. – reach out to Tech Support, Follett IT or
Salesforce support as needed. - Assist in training for new and existing users (Sales organization and beyond).
- Maintain and monitor data integrity by using reports to review how data is being entered to ensure processes are consistent and users are following procedures.
- Monitor user usage data to ensure user adoption
- Update inaccurate or incomplete data by exporting/reimporting, mass updating, etc.
- Format external data, create templates, and import as required.
- Develop and test new functionality based on changing business processes
- Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times a year)
- Manages all security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits
- Develops and maintains naming conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability

Documentation/ Enhanced features
- Create documentation to assist new admins in learning our SF configurations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on new Salesforce functionality and develop risk assessment and implementation plan
- Stay current on new Salesforce features to ensure company is utilizing Salesforce and related applications as effectively as possible
- Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures
- Champion Salesforce, educating other team members on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce.

Third Party Programs and Partners
- Participate in the identification of third party solutions to meet specific business needs
- Lead the implementation of third party programs into our Salesforce instance
- Implement programs into staging/testing environments and build testing criteria for third party applications
- Work with IT and other internal stakeholders on defining requirements and implementation of third party applications

Salesforce Campaign Support for Hubspot Marketing System
- Create and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture to allow the sharing of leads from the Hubspot Marketing system
Requirements:
- 3-5 years
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce.com environment; project documentation and systems documentation methodology. Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment, Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
- Salesforce administrator course completion
