A leading online marketplace for legal services, attracting over 8 million visitors per month, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business revenue. This hybrid inside sales position, based in Newark, NJ, offers the opportunity to develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and earn high commissions.

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily phone and video consultations with attorneys to understand their needs and recommend custom marketing solutions.
  • Proactively outreach to potential clients through warm leads and outbound calling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a portfolio of legal clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while maximizing earnings through a competitive commission structure.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of sales experience with closing experience.
  • Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, advertising, digital marketing, or SaaS is a plus.
