Trainee will be paid $650.00 per week. After three successful months in training, a promotion to Sales Associate will be made and the current Associates commission plan will be put into place. Trainee will also be allowed to participate in any OEM related payments when trainee qualifies under OEM rules.

Responsibilities during training include but are not limited to:
- Trainee will be one on one trained in sales process and procedures. This usually will take 3 to 4 days.
- Trainee will have access to 5 knowledgeable and experienced Sales Managers to walk them through each step of the sales process.
- Trainee will take all GM product specialist training and in the first three months take on the roll of product and delivery specialist to learn all aspects of vehicles.
- Trainee will be expected to to demonstrate and personalize all the technology for the deliveries.
- Trainee will be required to enroll customers in Onstar and Loyalty Rewards.
- Trainee is expected to get a total of 10, 5 star google reviews during the three month training period.
- Trainee is required to spend 2 hours per week working in and learning the BDC department.
- Trainee will be expected to sell a minimum of 6 vehicles each month during his training period.
- All required compliance and product training must be completed.
