- Possession of a valid Iowa Class B Driver's License and current DOT printout with no moving violations
- Knowledge of and compliance with warehouse procedures and common standards
- Acute attention to accuracy in fulfillment of all responsibilities
- Proven ability to work steadily and independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift items up to 60 pounds consistently and up to 80 - 100 pounds occasionally
- Motorized forklift certified or aptitude to learn
- Ability to work inside freezers and coolers
