Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting, trimming, chopping, and grinding meat and seafood products
- Traying and wrapping product to display it for customers
- Maintaining a variety of high-quality, fresh product for customers
- Handling freight, organizing coolers, and assisting with ordering product
- Operating electric meat saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a meat cutting or butchery role
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
