SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission : Treat our guests better than they expect to be treated. Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Start of shift :

• Be at INFO FEST on time
• Check your assigned section. Make sure the dining and meeting room is presentable and tables are not wobbly.
• Check the service station. Make sure that everything is stocked and ready to go.
• Check that the dessert station is well stocked with plates, dessert forks / spoons, and desserts are thawed and ready to serve.
Running side work :
• Run food!
• Brew tea and coffee when out or low
• Alert MOD if salad case is running low
• Keep service area clean and swept at all times
• Cut lemons if we are running low
• Pre-buss and buss all tables
• Check bathrooms throughout shift
• Seat guests
• Spot sweep when floors are dirty
