Job Title: Superintendent
Location: NYC
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: $45-$50/ hour
Target start date / availability: ASAP to interview and start.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee construction of streetlighting installation along Parkways
- Communicate with subcontractor.
- Record work performed each day.
- Create daily reports.
- Take photographs on pre/post construction.
- Manage 2-week look-ahead.
- Utilize Procore for reporting and project management.
- QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Punctual with good time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to use Microsoft suite including Excel.
- Ability to use Procore.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of construction process and shop drawing / submittal reviews.
- Clean driver’s license.
Salary : $45 - $50
