What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Foote Insurance Agency?
As a Receptionist with Foote Insurance, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients while assisting our team in managing customer communication. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that our clients receive the best support. The ideal candidate will be able to work daily from 10 am - 2 pm or 11 am - 3 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to insurance clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process payments and policy changes
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.

- High school diploma or equivalent
