Mid-Tier Clinical Supervisor / Program Supervisor

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience in the field of ABA as a Mid-Tier Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor/Program Supervisor (Required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Education with ABA specialization, Child Development, Special Education, and/or related field or enrolled in a master’s degree program with at least 12 units in ABA-related courses
• Familiar and knowledgeable on implement different assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FAST, QABF, and indirect assessments
• Be familiar with Excel
• Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance
• Must pass a negative TB test and criminal background check
• Willing to commute to San Fernando and Santa Clarita
• Strong work ethic and ethically sound clinical judgments and recommendations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programs.
• Must demonstrate the ability to use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make observations in person
• Develop treatment plans
• Train Supervisory/Direct Staff
• Use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make treatment decisions.
• Provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to Behavior Therapists (e.g., collecting reliable data on programs and assessments, and monitoring treatment integrity.
• Generate and submit progress reports with data analysis.
• Abides by company policies, as well as the BACB ethical guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a BCBA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
