What You’ll Do
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Greet and assist visitors while following security protocols, including signing in/out guests and monitoring access.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, directing them promptly and professionally.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including signing for deliveries and notifying recipients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, visitor logs, and employee timekeeping.
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as drafting and editing documents, maintaining postage equipment, and organizing office supplies.
- Support HR, Accounting, and Sales teams with clerical and administrative needs as required.
