Manager/Program Supervisor needed for a Residential group home located in Manchester, NJ. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Operations and the Senior Management team. This is a forty-hour per week Supervisor position that may require you to assume managerial duties at our other Ocean County homes if needed. The set shift is Tuesday-Saturday 1pm-9pm. You will be required to oversee the daily operational oversight of a residential program servicing individuals with autism and other related developmental disabilities. You will also be responsible for providing direct oversight to the direct care professionals and the Assistant Program Supervisor. Must have five years of Program Supervisorial experience within a residential program supporting individuals with autism and other intellectual disabilities. - To ensure the safety and well-being of each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
- To participate in the development and implementation of skill acquisition programs for each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
- To participate in the development of Individual Service goals and objectives for each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
- The Program Supervisor will be responsible for identifying service recipients needs disaggregating and analyzing data and recommending outcomes for the programs.
- The Program Supervisor will be responsible for program design and development. The Program Supervisor will disseminate instructional strategies and provide staff assistance in the implementation of effective assessment techniques.
- The Program Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations in the supervision and evaluation of staff and maintain appropriate records to support findings.
- The Program Supervisor will develop and implement performance objectives as related to the stakeholders at Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
- The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the development of positive attitudes relative to the agencies business.
