Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager
- Develop HR Strategies: Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to enhance workforce performance and satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage recruitment efforts by developing job descriptions, sourcing talent, and conducting interviews to attract top talent to our organization.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop programs and initiatives that foster a positive work environment and improve employee retention.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to enhance productivity and facilitate professional development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
