Job Description
We’re currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team of professionals in our Forest Hills office conveniently close to all major mass transit. The successful candidate will work directly with team members and be responsible for:
- Responding to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests• Scheduling and supervising repairs, inspections and testing required by city agencies • Preparing and managing work orders• Making sure tenant and vendor insurance/contact information is correct• Managing inventory of office/building supplies• Drafting correspondence to tenants, vendors, employees, etc.• Arranging building access for vendors, deliveries, inspections, etc.• Answering phone calls, assisting with filing documents, greeting visitors, tenants and deliveries when they arrive at the office
Requirements include:
- Should be organized, meticulous, responsible, quick learner and self-motivated• Must be computer literate. Must be able to type proficiently. Must be able to use excel and word. Experience with Yardi or Skyline is a plus, but not required.• Must be a good communicator/people person yet firm, decisive and confident.• Real estate management experience a plus, but not required
