Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Production Assistant to support our candle production team during a busy season. This role involves hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment and requires a keen eye for detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in pouring, labeling, and packaging candles.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards through a QC process
- Organize and maintain inventory of supplies and finished products.
- Clean and prepare production equipment and workspace.
- Support the team with other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a physical role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines in a team setting.
- Prior experience in production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
This is a temporary position with flexible shifts available. Weekend availability may be required based on production needs.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
