We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, people skills and the desire to understand our associates to ensure a safe and productive workplace. This is a boots on the ground leader with constant awareness of throughput, personnel and concerns. We welcome interaction with an individual who sees ways to improve performance or processes.
Pay Range:

- Understand our concepts of structure and monitoring.
- Review work methods for training needs or technique improvement. .
- Use positive communication methods.
- Requires strong planning skills and strategic thinking.
- Be open to elevating personal management skills with manager.

- 4-10 hour days M-TH 7:00am – 5:30pm (Occasional work on Friday).
