- Stay updated on labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
- Experience in recruiting top talent across various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning related to HR activities.
- Ability to manage change effectively within an organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
