The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports and media landscape, the ability to craft and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, and the experience to manage high-value partnerships with broadcasters, media outlets, and agencies. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across a matrixed organization to pull together resources and deliver results.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance
- Background in high-profile sporting events is desirable
- Familiarity with UX, user journeys, and audience engagement is desirable
