Position Description:
Assist all guests upon arrival at the golf course, departing for the first tee, and upon completion of their round. Properly store all golf bags and carts. Prepare and break down the practice facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name, and Meet, Thank You and Goodbye.
Provide an environment for an outstanding golf experience.
Personalize the guest experience by greeting all guests at the bag drop and assisting guests with any reasonable request.
Ensure that the staging area, practice facility tee, and cart storage are clean and orderly.
Ensure that you have a crisp professional appearance.
Ensure the cleanliness of golf carts by thoroughly spraying batteries, body, and interior. Dry body with a towel, park carts safely and plug in into charger.
Control waste, recycle, and operate vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
Additional Duties and Qualifications:
Work closely with all outside staff members.
Promote teamwork and continuity among staff members.
Pick up stray practice range balls in the desert throughout the day.
Provide ice towels when appropriate and other special touches to anticipate needs.
