Performance Responsibilities
Evaluation: Performance on this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the board’s policy on evaluation of non- certified personnel
- High school diploma required.
- Prior experience with working with Power School, analyzing data, or strong background working with technology.
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines.
- Professional office experience and love for children.
- Ability to take instructions and work well with others.
- Passion for working with the public.
- Experience with analyzing data, working with technology and fine attention to detail.

Performance Responsibilities
- Performs usual office routines and practices associated with busy and productive office environment.
- Answers and routes in-coming calls.
- Prepares daily and weekly Power School back-up.
- Maintains the Power School database of students and teachers.
- Enters all new students in Power School.
- Assigns library/lunch numbers to students and notifies library, lunchroom, and technology specialist.
- Completes State Department reports.
- Prepares daily attendance record keeping.
- Makes phone calls to parent/guardian regarding attendance after 3 days.
- Distributes attendance letters for 5 days unexcused/ 10 days unexcused absences.
- Prints scan sheets every two weeks.
- Provides a print-out of new students and withdrawals as needed.
- Prints student labels as needed.
- Assists in registering new students.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
