Essential Functions
- Responsible for properly performing all financial activities related to the accounts payable/accounts receivable function as assigned, including:
- Compiling and maintaining records for use in completing month-end reporting.
- Ensuring all required vendor information is accurate and is properly recorded.
- Processing vendor invoices in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Participating in resolving vendor inquiries regarding payments.
- Assisting with the monthly closing of accounts payable records, and the vendor licensing process.
- Process Accounts Payable checks and prepare Liquor Tax quarterly.
- Prepare quarterly check run register for Gaming Commission.
- Pull aged trial balance for AP at year end.
- Track incoming purchase orders and maintain orderly filing system.
- Perform the receiving function for all incoming purchase order items and services, collecting receiving documentation and entering receiving information into the Purchase Order System in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain department records and files as directed.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reconciling as needed.
- Assist With Auditing.
- Perform all functions in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and controls.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisor.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions.
While performing job duties the team member is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing job duties the team member is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands. The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate, and there are fluctuations in lighting due to flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.
At a minimum, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check, drug-screening test, and obtain a gaming license.
General Sign-Off:
The team member is expected to adhere to all company policies and applicable federal/state/local regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, with college degree preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and ability to work with personal computers and accounting systems.
- Six months’ related experience and/or training in an administrative or accounting office environment performing clerical duties.
- Strong computer and math skills along with effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and financial data-based programs.
- Good written and oral communication skills allowing effective communication and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission.
