Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention.
- Supports treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
- Develop and support treasury policies, procedures, and financial controls; ensuring proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements, and general treasury activities.
- Reconciliation of the A/R and A/P subledgers.
- Performs review of cash requirements, accounts receivable deposits and account payable disbursements.
- Gathers, interprets, and prepares cash flow projections.
- Treasury projects to improve bank services and bring technology solutions into Finance.
- Assists in managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure, including bank and brokerage relationships.
- Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes.
- Bank account setup, maintenance, and bank account analysis review.
- Assist with company insurance program, institute, and maintain the program for insurance certificates.
- Manage company programs for credit cards.
- Oversee company’s commissions, rebates, and royalties.
- Supports capital strategy formulation including CIP reporting and capex ROI analysis.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced office environment.
- Travel between facilities required.
- Typical work hours consist of 45 hours per week.
