Job Description:
We seek an organized, self-motivated Office Administrator to support our Estimating Department (part-time). This candidate will be an essential part of the team, assisting the Proposal Manager and Estimators in preparing bid documents, organizing files, managing existing records, and performing telephone outreach.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat and have excellent writing skills with particular attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in the construction field is a plus. Excellent oral communication skills are necessary, as this position can sometimes involve heavy telephone outreach.
Responsibilities include:
- Telephone outreach
- Updating and maintaining the bid database
- Preparing bid documents and correspondence
- Email correspondence
- Creating and maintaining files
