Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager are to maximize team member resources to effectively manage, market and maintain the apartment community, while also obtaining budgeted goals according to Madrona Pacific
Properties policies, procedures, and standards.
This position reports to Property and Area Manager.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Lead team members
- Establish clear performance expectations based on job descriptions and MPP standards.
- Oversee all operations of leasing and maintenance positions.
- Recruit, interview, and hire community team members.
- Evaluate all team members to identify opportunities and strengths in order to coach/counsel, train and develop career paths as needed.
- Ensure consistent support and training of all team members.
Create and monitor property’s operations budget
Lease the community
Market the community
Maintain positive resident relations
Oversee make-ready process
Oversee service request process
Oversee the accounts receivable process
Maintain accounts payable
Review and approve payroll.
Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and MPP team members
Implement and maintain the MPP Risk Management and Safety Programs
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2-4 years of on-site management operations knowledge (required)
- Onesite experience (preferred)
- Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record and current automobile insurance (required)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
