We are seeking a Client Services/Office Admin to support a top financial advisor. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar & Schedule Management – Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Preparation – Drafting reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Meeting Coordination – Scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management – Assisting with special projects, research, and strategic planning.
- Annuity & Life Application Paperwork – Preparing and processing annuity and life insurance applications.
- 401(k) Plan Tasks – Assisting with account maintenance, paperwork, and client communications related to 401(k) plans.
- Confidentiality & Discretion – Handling sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of financial services is preferred.
