Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our chiropractic team on a part-time basis as a Client Success Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our chiropractic office by handling various administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication management, data entry, and patient onboarding.

Hours of Work : Part-time, 15-20 hours per week with the potential to expand to full-time in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Monitors incoming and outgoing phone calls, texts and emails, responding promptly to inquiries and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate parties. Provides excellent customer service to patients and external parties.
Coordinates and manages chiropractors' schedules, ensuring appointments are accurately recorded and maintained.
Performs data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Facilitates the patient onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system accurately.
Maintains office supplies and places orders as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Attends weekly meetings with staff, either in person or online, to discuss ongoing tasks, updates, and any relevant information.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduation from a one-year post-secondary business related program.
3-5 years experience in related office administrative work. Medical office experience is considered an asset.
Minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset. Proficient Excel and data entry knowledge is essential.
As this role works with confidential patient information, successful applicants may be required to complete a criminal record check.
Skills and Abilities :
Ability to communicate proficiently both written and orally.
Ability to work with confidential information, including patient history and files.
Ability to work remotely, creating a productive and efficient work environment.
Ability to work independently, problem solving as needed.
Ability to collaborate as a member of a larger team.
