Fortuna is hiring an experienced IT - Customer Technical Specialist IV to support operations as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician at the FDA White Oak facility in Silver Spring, MD. This critical role supports 24/7/365 monitoring of a complex IT infrastructure, including high and low level network-wide performance monitoring, investigating, troubleshooting, and triaging production and non-production software, applications, services, and network issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Monitor and support an enterprise IT environment with thousands of devices and systems.

Provide round-the-clock operational and administrative support for client infrastructure.

Manage incoming and outgoing support requests, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.

Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, service, and network performance issues.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
Shift Schedule:

Sunday - Wednesday: 6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

Wednesday - Saturday: 6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Required Qualifications:

High school diploma plus advanced technical training

3 years of Cisco networking experience
-
1-3 years of NOC experience
-
Experience with SolarWinds and ServiceNow (or equivalent ticketing systems)

Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
