The PMO Reporting Support Analyst will oversee the development and management of reports, tracking progress on LADWP's operational and strategic initiatives. This role involves gathering data, creating performance reports, and ensuring that leadership receives timely updates on project milestones.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, business hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual progress reports for LADWP leadership.

Track progress of key initiatives, milestones, and KPIs.

Create dashboards and visualization tools for executive management.

Ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with LADWP's strategic goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5 years of experience in project management or performance reporting.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.

Strong communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.
